Refund Policy
1. Satisfaction Guarantee We want you to love your new artwork! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility for Refunds To be eligible for a refund:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
3. Return Process:

Shipping: We will provide you with a return shipping address. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at namaste@nextgenartistt.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
7. Non-Returnable Items:

Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
